ForceNine Professionals and Officers

ForceNine Consulting was organized by Andy Roscoe, Bob Jones and Dr. Sam Book, who were previously principals of The Strategis Group, Inc. in Washington, DC, and leading consultants and advisors in the telecommunications industry for the past thirty years. Also founding ForceNine Consulting, and managing its technical and engineering practice is Michael Hofe, an engineer and former Vice President of a nationwide telecom engineering and construction firm.

Other principals and associates of ForceNine Consulting include Clark Madigan, the co-founder and former President of Telecom Towers; Eric Sivertsen, also a co-founder of Telecom Towers and an attorney who has managed the placement of equity funds for telecommunications ventures; and John Metelski, an attorney and former executive in various telecommunications companies including Microband, Millicom and AT&T.

This dynamic and multidisciplinary team of proven and successful telecommunications professionals also has extensive personal contacts in the industry that can expedite the performance of projects, expand available databases, and provide personal contacts for our clients.
