Mr. Sivertsen is a graduate of the College of William & Mary. An attorney, Mr. Sivertsen has served as an officer and director of several companies involved in a wide variety of communications businesses including Cable TV, communications towers, broadcast radio, communications consulting and other communications businesses.

He has managed the placement of approximately $75,000,000 of equity through 19 private and public securities to acquire properties for various communications enterprises. In addition to his funding activities, Mr. Sivertsen is experienced in the strategic development and management oversight and operation of various communications businesses.

Most recently, Mr. Sivertsen served as Executive Vice President of TeleCom Towers, LLC, an owner/operator of communications towers and facilities. TeleCom Towers merged successfully with a subsidiary of American Tower Corporation (NYSE) in first quarter, 1999.
