1999 - Present. Founder and Partner, Chesapeake Capital. Founded an SBIC to invest in a range of industries, including telecom, with a focus in the mid-Atlantic region.

1999 - 2000. Chairman, Sierra Towers Investment Group, LLC. Mr. Madigan invested along with Cedar Grove Investments and WFI in this start-up tower company in Mexico. Sierra's assets were sold to SpectraSite Communications in August 2000, providing a three and one half times return on investment for the investors.

1994 - 1999. President and Co-Founder, TeleCom Towers, Inc. Founded and managed this Tower Company that was successfully sold to American Tower in a transaction valued at over $200 million. Responsibilities included oversight of company operations, debt financing, acquisitions, and corporate development.

1991 - 1994. President and Founder, MTI Capital. Founded a boutique telecommunications
investment banking firm.
