Mr. Jones provides advisory and consulting services which focus on the financial, operating, management and regulatory aspects of the cable television, competitive telephony, fiber optic and wireless industries, both domestically and internationally. Additional knowledge and expertise have been obtained in technical, programming and marketing areas of the cable television, competitive telephony, fiber optic and wireless industries which are utilized in concert with his primary areas of expertise. Much of his work involves financial appraisals, due diligence reviews, turnaround assistance, feasibility studies, financial assessments, regulatory analysis, business planning, litigation support, strategic planning and industry assessments.

Mr. Jones has been associated with The Strategis Group, a leading international telecommunications consulting and publishing company, and its affiliate, The Strategis Consulting Group, for the past 30 years as a principal and owner, and recently as a Consultant to the Firm. He is recognized as an expert in the cable television, competitive telephony, fiber optic and wireless industries and has participated in a number of seminar panels, presented speeches and provided information for trade press magazines. In addition, he has provided litigation support in numerous cases, including expert testimony. He has been recognized as an expert witness in U.S. and worldwide telecommunications matters in state and federal courts.
